      <title>Odeon Towers: start, stop and start again</title>
      <description><![CDATA[Work taking place on the Odeon towers in the Beausoleil commune, which was halted in recent days has started again. The French town’s mayor, Gerard Spinelli defiantly ordered a stop to the work in an effort to demonstrate his opposition to the towers. However, the mayor has agreed to temporarily back down on the advice of experts over safety concerns on the site. ]]></description>
