Monaco: Controversy continues to dog 170-metre Monesgasque tower

Work taking place on the Odeon towers in the Beausoleil commune, which was halted in recent days has started again. The French town’s mayor, Gerard Spinelli defiantly ordered a stop to the work in an effort to demonstrate his opposition to the towers.
