To be able to use your digital e-Paper or sample copy, you need an Adobe Flash Player or Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please note that older browsers might have problems with Adobe Flash Player. It is therefore advisable to update your browser and the Flash Player at regular intervals.

Use an active browser. Our websites are optimized for the browsers Internet Explorer 7 & 8 and Firefox 3.0. It is possible that other internet browsers will cause problems with the websites‘ access and design.

Your subscription can only be administered if JavaScript is enabled. Please make sure that Javascript isn’t disabled in your internet browser.

Slow page loading
It is possible that pages can load slowly or not at all because of congestion in your internet access. In this case, please inform your internet provider.
