Provence & Côte d’Azur: Who is the Riviera´s best financial manager?

Who will win at the DFCG awards?

Handpicked from some of the most successful businesses in the region, three managers have been selected to run for the DFCG’s prestigious prize, but only one can win the title of the Côte d’Azur’s best financial director at the elegant awards evening this week.

Following an all day celebration of financial management talent on the Riviera, Edith Bianchini, who presides over the DFCG's Côte d'Azur's branch, will announce the region’s winning director on Thursday 19th April at the Hôtel du Cap Eden Roc in Antibes in a ceremony attended by some of the biggest names in the field.

This is the second year that the National Association of Financial Directors and Managers (DFCG) has awarded its prize to someone in the south of France – a prize that champions innovative and refreshing approaches to financial management.

Through an intensive grilling and interviewing process, three financial managers on the Côte d’Azur have been nominated and selected for the award: Jean-Baptiste Arrou-Vignod from Thales Under Water Systems, Nicolas Bertrand from Micromania, and Véronique Makulenzky from Thalgo.

Their effective and efficient management of a company with at least 20 full-time staff members that generates profits of at least five million euros a year will be commended at the event, which is to be followed by a glamourous gala at the hotel.
