Health & Lifestyle: Get in the best shape of your life and have fun with FitHub, a new social fitness studio opening in Nice this month

Who says getting fit isn’t fun?

As children, we exercise by instinct. We run and jump, skip and twirl for the joy of being able to move our bodies, and we live in the moment. As we become adults, we turn exercise into a chore. Now, FitHub is bringing back the 'play' with fitness classes and after-class socials so you meet new friends, spend more time with the friends you already have, and, before you know it, you are having so much fun during and after class you are in the best shape of your life!

The new FitHub in Nice is all about having fun while getting fit

Instructors cover many disciplines, ages and backgrounds - a former professional dancer from London's West End, an inspirational over-60s instructor, yoga and kickboxing specialists, and instructors with the hardest background of all - a mum creating classes especially for mothers, babies and children. Classes are in English but all nationalities are welcome, just follow the instructor. After all, a squat is a squat in any language.

“We don't do guilt or shame,” says FitHub creator Colette Kent, “those who want to get fit, lose weight or get in shape are admired as much as the already fit. We simply make FitHub so welcoming, fun and motivational that you will want to return time and time again.”

It's ridiculously easy to reserve your place in a class, even as a last minute decision. Go to www.fithub.net and you are immediately booked in. All classes are 12 euros each or a FitHub Passport gives you 10 classes for 100 euros.

Already addicted to FitHub's fusion kickboxing classes, The Riviera Times Editor Cassandra Tanti has organised for five lucky readers to win free passports this month. To enter, visit www.rivieratimes.com and head to the WIN page.
Here is what some of Colette's current community have to say:

"The first step for everything in life is the hardest. Once I had overcome it, I really looked forward to my weekly classes. Being motivated by the whole group and pushed to my individual level really encourages me! I love it!" Sarah, Nice.

Join us for our Open Day on Saturday 15th September between 9am and 6pm. Don't miss out on the opportunity to sample the variety of classes on offer for free and meet the FitHub instructors.
