The incident took place on Tuesday 25th October around 9pm, when a group of homeless people were gathered in a small Draguignan carpark. One of the homeless men was shot in the hand during a drive-by shooting, with what's reported to be a hunting rifle. The other man received a bullet wound to his head.

The pair were rushed to hospital, and were released yesterday.

Var police have launched an enquiry into the shooting, after local CCTV footage failed to provide any further evidence. Suspicions currently surround a group of youths who were seen in the vicinity shortly before the incident occurred.
