The Médiabus drives around Nice, offering a huge collection of multi-media items

Throughout the week, the library bus criss-crosses the city, providing residents with quick and easy access to a vast collection of some 45,000 books, 13,000 CDs and 6,000 DVDs.

To become a part of the mobile library, residents must first register with the BMVR (Bibliothèque Municipale à Vocation Régionale). Joining is free and allows instant access to all the libraries in the region. A total of 15 items can be borrowed over 21 days.

Tuesday:

Place centre affaires, Arenas, from 12.30pm until 2.30pm

In front of Saint Isidore school, Saint-Isidore, from 3.30pm until 5pm

Wednesday:

195 boulevard la Madeleine, La Madeleine, from 9.30am until 11.30am

St Antoine church, Saint Antoine de Ginestière, from 10am until 12.30pm then 2pm until 5pm

C.A.L., Las Planas, from 2.30pm until 5.15pm

Thursday:

2 place Franklin, Franklin, from 9.30am until 11.30am

Place A. Médecin, Saint Maurice, from 9.30am until noon

Square Booth, Pessicart, from 3.45pm until 5.30pm

Friday:

31 boulevard de Cimiez, Cimiez, from 10am until noon

23 rue professeur Delvalle, Pasteur, from 4pm until 5.15pm  

Saturday:

Place du Général Goiran, Saint-Sylvestre, from 9.30am until noon

Nice Etoile, town centre, from 2.15pm until 4.15pm
