Provence & Côte d’Azur: New car park opening on 11th June

Parcazur to relieve car parking problem in Nice

The lack of parking spaces in Nice often infuriates drivers, but with the demolition of the Paillon car park and the tourist season heating up, it’s getting even more difficult to find a space for your car. As a solution, the Mayor of Nice has announced that the Parcazur parking facility will be opening at Acropolis on Monday 11th June, offering some 386 spots to the public.

Parcazur car park aims to relieve parking problem in Nice

The car park located at Acropolis Jean Bouin, Palais des Expositions in Nice, aims to improve the current difficult parking situation by offering additional spaces for residents and tourists in the city. Located at level 3 of the Acropolis – Jean Bouin car park, the facility will accommodate 386 cars, with 11 spaces for people with reduced mobility.

Drivers can access the car park in one of two entrances - on Place du Xvème du Corps or on rue Jean Alègre. Parking tickets for Parcazur, which will be open from 4.15am until 2.15am everyday, are free with a valid transport ticket (bus, tram or train).

With a tram stop close by, drivers can have direct access to the city centre.
