Man arrested with 500g heroin

The bust was made after a police chase with a man identified as Jonathan H, who is a known character to local authorities. 

According to police, the suspect has refused to comment on the incident. He remains in custody and will face a judge in Nice on 2nd January 2012.

Meanwhile, an investigation to identify the supplier is underway. 

The drugs seized have a reported street value of 20,000 euros.
