Provence & Côte d'Azur: The British Classic Car Picnic is gearing up for its second ever edition

Calling all proud owners of classic British made cars! The Automobile Club of Nice Côte d'Azur is organising a driving event dedicated to iconic British designs, whether the cars are young or old, collection or showroom fresh. Get your driving gloves and goggles on as the second ever British Classic Car Picnic revs its engines ahead of a whole day's celebration of the beautiful machines.

On Sunday 22nd July, Nice's car club is inviting all drivers of British cars to join in with its all day car event. Zoom along the region's back roads before settling in for some good ol' English tradition, the picnic.

From 10.30am, all of the entries will be lining up in Place Massena, showing off British manufacturing talent from across the ages. Get your legendary Aston Martin out of the garage and wind the windows down to make the most of your prized possession.

New luxury and sports cars are welcome too, so sign up by clicking here and get ready to hit the road!

Tickets cost 110 euros per car and a picnic for two is included. The spread will be quintessentially British and Bollinger champagne will most definitely be flowing. Some participants are even dressing up in the fashions of their car's era!
