Monaco: A selection of Prince Albert II's cars will go to auction next month

Fancy buying Prince Albert II's Citroën?

An important auction in Monaco next month will be boasting an impressive display of cars fit for a Prince! A selection of antique cars, owned by Prince Albert II himself, have earned a spot on the auction block in Monaco and are expected to go for millions of euros.

The prestigious set of cars will be sold by Artcurial Motorcars as part of an esteemed auction organised at the Terrasses de Fontvieille Museum on Thursday 26th July. 

In fabulous condition, these exclusive, immaculate cars have pre-sale estimates ranging from 12,000 and 35,000 euros and are part of a special collection created by his father, Prince Rainier. 

For over 30 years the former Prince of Monaco had built up a dedicated, personal ensemle of top-class, authentic cars. His son is now hoping to spark the interest of numerous car enthusiasts around the region with this exquisite collection.  

Among the classic models are a Citroën Traction 11c Commerciale, 1955, with an estimated value between 12,000 and 16,000 euros and a Panhard & Levassor X19 roadster, 1913, with a price tag of between 25,000 and 30,000 euros.
