This tried and tested mulled wine recipe is perfect for entertaining

This is my favourite mulled wine recipe, and is very easy to prepare. Choose a wine that is quite robust, a good Cabernet Sauvignon will do nicely. The recipe can be made ahead and re-heated when necessary. You can also add an extra bottle to the mix if you find a few extra guests at your door!
