La Ville de Nice is facing a day of chaos in schools as teachers go on strike this Thursday. Service: plan ahead on Tuesday 12th as public transport and air travel faces severe disruption

Service: Nice finally decides on Sunday trading in August, but many small shops remain closed
Monaco showed the way with its successful Sunday shopping, now Nice wants to catch up. Sundays in August will be dedicated to shopping following a last minute decision by the city council.
