JW Marriott and Radisson have secured deals to take over the Palais Stéphanie and 1835 White Palm respectively, and before the end of the year the hotels will be rebranded under their parent company’s name.

The White Palm will be known as “Radisson blu 1835 hotel & thalasso” when the European arm of the American company takes over the reigns. The Palais Stéphanie – to be renamed “JW Marriott hotel Cannes” will be the American hotel chain’s first hotel in France under the luxury “JW Marriott” label. Amy McPherson CEO of Marriott International in Europe said, “We are very proud to add this spectacular hotel situated in a beautiful place in to our collection, as well as the opportunity to introduce the JW Marriott brand to France.”
