Picasso's work goes on display in Monaco

The collection is a mixture of 17 oil paintings and 17 drawing produced by the master between 1905 and 1969.

With an estimated value between 60 and 70 million euros the 34 works are amongst some of the most significant to be put on display throughout France and Monaco in the last 20 years.

Pieces from Picasso’s pink period, cubism phase and some of his more classical offerings will feature prominently in the expo.

Paintings from Picasso’s later period will also be presented as part of the collection, creating a well rounded portrayal of the Spanish master.
